Go to INLIS website (Integrated Land Information Service by clicking the following link
https://www.sla.gov.sg/inlis/#/

For Shophouses
Click on POI : Property Ownership Information ($5.25)
Key in the address or postal code of Property to be searched
Click Search (Green button at the bottom right)
Check on the box of the property you want
Click Proceed to checkout
Would you like to purchase? Yes
Key in email address and handphone number
Check on the box, I have read
Click Pay with credit card
Click VISA or MASTER
Key in credit card detail
Click Submit

For HDB
Click HDBLS: Image of HDB Leases ($5.20)
Key in Address - Search
Proceed to Checkout (the item will auto go to cart)
Noote: Don't check on box Fax and Postage
Key in email and Mobile phone
Pay by Card
Primo PDF the purchase order
Check your email after aout 2 hours for PDF copy of the HDB ownership
